We were able to achieve massive YoY revenue growth by implementing a plan which included: a complete overhaul and redesign of the store, obtaining key licensing partnerships, creating a full-scale marketing ecosystem, and shifting from a strictly moment-based merch strategy to more evergreen collections.
It took a lot of effort and helping hands to get there, but we were all super proud of where we were able to take the e-comm division in such a short amount of time.
